摘 要:为探究旋风分离器蜗壳半径对其性能的影响,采用Fluent模拟软件,对4种结构的旋风分离器进行两相流数值模拟研究。模拟结果表明:其他结构参数不变,随着蜗壳半径增大,筒体内流场速度增大,壁面处静压增大,颗粒受到离心力增大,从而降低了物料颗粒短路机率,提高了分离效率。同时,随着蜗壳半径的增大,分离器进出口压差增大,系统能耗增加。In order to explore the influence of the radius of the volute of the cyclone separator on its performance, the simulation software Fluent was applied to conduct two-phase flow numerical simulation study on four kinds of cyclone separator. The simulation results showed: on the premise of other structural parameters remaining unchanged, with the increase in the radius of the volute, the flow velocity inside drum increased,the static pressure on wall surface rose, and the particles were subjected to increased centrifugal force, thus the short-circuit probability of material particles reduced and the separation efficiency enhanced. Meanwhile, with the increase in the radius of the volute, the pressure difference between the inlet and the outlet of the cyclone separator rose, and the energy consumption of the system increased.
