立柱缸筒焊缝收缩的危害与预防

摘　　要：液压支架立柱的缸筒和缸底焊缝是主要的承压焊缝,由于其焊缝较宽,焊缝断面积较大,对应的焊接热输入量较高,带来的弊端是热影响区焊接变形较大,导致缸筒内孔收缩,严重影响立柱的使用寿命。针对缸筒焊缝收缩给立柱的使用带来的危害,给出了详细的预防改进措施,并对每种预防措施的优劣做出评价,为立柱的加工制作提供了参考。The welding seam on the body and the bottom of the column cylinder of the hydraulic support are the main pressure-bearing one. Due to considerable width and large cross-section area of the welding seam,corresponding welding heat input is high, which brings about the large welding deformation in the heat affected zone and the shrinkage of inner hole of the cylinder, thus the service lifespan of the column is seriously affected.In view of the hazard to the column caused by the shrinkage of the welding seam of the cylinder, detailed preventive measures were offered, and each preventive measure was appraised, which offered reference for the column manufacture in the industry.
