摘　　要：2022—2023年世界经济前景不佳,正在步入近20年的低谷,滞胀阴云笼罩。主要原因是前期过于宽松的货币政策、逆全球化、绿色低碳经济转型脚步超前、人口老龄化、新冠疫情等。治理经济滞胀或说要走出经济滞胀泥潭是比较复杂和棘手的宏观调控问题。需要分别清晰地判断“滞”和“胀”的原因,通过抓住主要问题,采取结构性的宏观政策进行治理。化解风险的出路是重修和继续发展经济全球化,加强国际间协调,研究创立新国际结算货币,迈稳绿色转型脚步等。作为发展中大国的中国,要实现更好发展,需紧紧把握住全球经济的发展大势,持续推进更高水平的对外开放,尽力推动修复发展全球化,构建高质量发展环境,加快调整结构,积极稳妥推进低碳绿色转型,提高全要素生产率,努力做好自己。The outlook for the world economy from 2022 to 2023 is not good,and it is entering the trough of nearly 20 years,and the cloud of stagflation is looming.The main reason is that the monetary policy was too loose in the early stage,anti-globalization,green and low-carbon economic transformation is ahead of schedule,the population is aging,and the COVID-19 infection epidemic,etc.Governing economic stagflation or getting out of the quagmire of economic stagflation is a relatively complicated and difficult macro-control issue.It is necessary to clearly judge the causes of“stagnation”and“inflation”respectively,and take structural macro-policies to deal with them by grasping the main problems.The way out to resolve risks is to rebuild and continue to develop economic globalization,strengthen international coordination,research and create a new international settlement currency,and make steady progress in green transformation,etc.As a large developing country,in order to achieve better development,China needs to firmly grasp the development trend of the global economy and continue to promote a higher level of opening up,try its best to promote the globalization of restoration and development,build a high-quality development environment,accelerate structural adjustment,actively and steadily promote low-carbon green transformation,improve total factor productivity,and strive to be ourselves.
