摘　　要：目的:观察瘀热方对急性缺血性脑卒中瘀热证患者的临床疗效。方法:将68例急性缺血性脑卒中患者以随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各34例,对照组予西医规范治疗,观察组在西医治疗基础上加服瘀热方。比较两组患者治疗前后神经功能缺损评分(NIHSS)、中医证候积分、血清D-二聚体(D-D)及C反应蛋白(CRP)水平,并分别根据NIHSS评分、中医证候积分评估疗效。结果:治疗后,两组患者的NIHSS评分、中医证候积分、D-D水平、CRP水平均较前降低(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);所得临床疗效方面,观察组均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:瘀热方可以提高急性缺血性脑卒中瘀热证的临床疗效,其机制可能与改善凝血功能、减轻炎症反应有关。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Yure Formula(瘀热方)in patients with acute ischemic stroke with stasis-heat syndrome.Methods:According to the random number table method,sixty-eight patients with acute ischemic stroke were divided into two groups,with 34 cases in each group,control group,which was treated with western medicine,and observation group,which was treated with Yure Formula and western medicine.The national institute of health stroke scale(NIHSS),the trsditional Chinese medicine(TCM)symptom score,the serum D-dimer(D-D)and C-reactive protein(CRP)levels were compared between the two groups.The efficacy was evaluated according to the NIHSS score and the TCM syndrome score,respectively.Results:After treatment,the NIHSS score,TCM syndrome score,D-D level and CRP level in the two groups were lower than before(P<0.05),and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).In the clinical efficacy,the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yure Formula can improve the clinical efficacy of stasis-heat syndrome in acute ischemic stroke,which may be related to improving coagulation function and reducing inflammatory response.
