摘  要:变压器生产中“以铝代铜”的现象危害电力系统安全运行,现有的辨别方法存在对检测环境要求高、检测设备复杂、对变压器具有破坏性等问题。为了能够简单有效地辨别变压器绕组材质,提出了一种基于变压器谐波短路电阻测量的无损辨别方法,该方法采用串联电容补偿变压器漏抗的实验方案准确测量高频谐波下变压器的短路电阻。首先利用长直导线的仿真说明了此方法的可行性,然后通过铜铝变压器短路实验进行了验证,实验结果表明相同铭牌参数的铜铝变压器其谐波电阻不同,测量谐波电阻可准确辨别其绕组材质,该方法所需设备简单、成本较低、对检测环境要求低,具备较高的工程实用价值。The phenomenon of“replacing copper with aluminum”in transformer production causes damage to power system.The existing identification methods have several short-comings,such as high requirements for environment,complex equipment,causing damage to transformer and so on.In order to identify the material of transformer winding simply and effectively,a lossless identification method based on the measurement of transformer’s harmonic short-circuit resistance was proposed.This method used series capacitor to compensate transformer’s leakage reactance,thus to measure the short-circuit resistance of transformer under high-frequency harmonic accurately.Firstly,the simulation of long straight conductor was carried out to illustrate the feasibility of this method,which was then verified by the short-circuit experiment of copper aluminum transformer.The result shows that the harmonic resistance of copper aluminum transformer with the same nameplate parameters is different.By measuring the harmonic resistance,the winding material can be identified accurately.With simple equipment,low cost and low requirements for the environment,this method has high practical value on engineering.
