摘 要:目的探讨基于知信行(KAP)理论的线上食管发音培训对无喉患者语言康复的影响。方法选取2019年12月至2021年12月在郑州大学附属肿瘤医院头颈甲状腺科行全喉切除术的60例患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上运用基于KAP理论的线上食管发音培训。比较两组的干预效果。结果观察组的食管发音成功率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的社会/家庭状况、情感状况、功能状况评分及总分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于KAP理论的线上食管发音培训可以提高无喉患者的语言康复效果,降低焦虑、抑郁程度,提升生活质量。Objective To explore the effect of online esophageal phonation training based on knowledge-attitude-practice(KAP)theory on speech rehabilitation of patients without larynx.Methods A total of 60 patients who underwent total laryngectomy in the head and neck thyroid department of Affiliated Cancer Hospital of Zhengzhou University from December 2019 to December 2021 were selected as the study subjects.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into control group and observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received online esophageal phonation training based on KAP theory on the basis of routine nursing.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results The success rate of esophageal phonation in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of social/family status,emotional status,functional status and total score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The online esophageal phonation training based on KAP theory can improve the effect of speech rehabilitation,reduce anxiety and depression,and improve the quality of life of patients without larynx.
