摘　　要：目的探讨基于知信行模式的3H护理结合自我清洁间歇导尿术对前列腺电切术后尿潴留患者膀胱功能及健康行为的影响。方法选择我院收治的150例前列腺电切术后尿潴留患者作为研究对象,根据护理方案不同将其分为对照组(75例,常规护理)和观察组(75例,常规护理+基于知信行模式的3H护理+自我清洁间歇导尿术)。比较两组的干预效果。结果观察组的膀胱初感容积、最大尿流率、最大膀胱容量、最大尿流率时逼尿肌压力均优于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的饮食管理、遵医服药、自护技能评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于知信行模式的3H护理结合自我清洁间歇导尿术可改善前列腺电切术后尿潴留患者的膀胱功能,提升健康行为,降低并发症发生率。Objective To explore the effects of 3H nursing based on knowledge-attitude-practice model combined with self-cleaning intermittent catheterization on bladder function and health behavior of patients with urinary retention after transurethral resection of prostate.Methods A total of 150 patients with urinary retention after transurethral resection of prostate in our hospital were selected as the research objects and divided into control group(75 cases,routine nursing)and observation group(75 cases,routine nursing+3H nursing based on knowledge-attitude-practice model+self-cleaning intermittent catheterization)according to the different nursing plan.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results The initial volume of bladder,maximum urinary flow rate,maximum bladder capacity and detrusor pressure at maximum urinary flow rate in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of diet management,medication compliance and self-care skills in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The 3H nursing based on knowledge-attitude-practice model combined with self-cleaning intermittent catheterization can improve the bladder function of patients with urinary retention after transurethral resection of prostate,promote health behavior and reduce the incidence of complications.
