护患互动达标干预结合聚焦解决模式对产后出血救治成功产妇心理应激反应及应对方式的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨护患互动达标干预结合聚焦解决模式对产后出血救治成功产妇心理应激反应及应对方式的影响。方法选取2019年1月至2021年2月我院收治的124例产后出血救治成功产妇作为研究对象,根据护理方案将其分为对照组与观察组,各62例。对照组接受常规护理干预,观察组在对照组的基础上给予护患互动达标干预结合聚焦解决模式。比较两组的干预效果。结果干预后,观察组的汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的面对评分高于对照组,回避、屈服评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的世界卫生组织生活质量量表(WHOQOL-BREF)各维度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论护患互动达标干预结合聚焦解决模式应用于产后出血救治成功产妇中,可有效改善心理应激反应及应对方式,提高生活质量,值得推广。Objective To explore the effects of nurse-patient interaction standard-reaching intervention combined with focused solution mode on psychological stress response and coping style of pregnant women after successful postpartum hemorrhage treatment.Methods A total of 124 pregnant women after successful postpartum hemorrhage treatment admitted in our hospital from January 2019 to February 2021 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group according to the nursing plan,with 62 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given nurse-patient interaction standard-reaching intervention combined with focused solution mode on the basis of the control group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)and Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the facing score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the avoiding and yielding scores were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of all dimension of World Health Organization Quality of Life Brief Version(WHOQOL-BREF)scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The nurse-patient interaction standard-reaching intervention combined with focused solution mode applied to pregnant women after successful postpartum hemorrhage treatment can effectively ameliorate the psychological stress response and coping style,and improve the quality of life,which is worthy of promotion.
