摘  要:目的 探究髋关节置换护理技能培训中实施感知教育的带教质量及临床应用价值。方法 选择2019年1月—2021年5月100名福建医科大学附属厦门弘爱医院骨科护理实习生,随机分两组,对照组50名,采用传统护理教学法,观察组50名,采用感知教育教学模式。对比两组实习前后考核成绩、综合能力评分、教学满意度、评判性思维能力评分。结果 观察组护理实习生实习后考核成绩(理论知识+实践操作)明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组评判性思维能力测量表(CTDI-CV)评判性思维能力(分析能力、系统化能力、认知成熟度、开放思想、求知欲、自信心、寻找真相)评分、带教工作质量(教学方法、教学态度、教学行为、教学效果)评分及教学满意度明显高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论实施感知教育在髋关节置换护理技能培训中,不仅有助于提高护理实习生理论知识及护理技能水平,促进其综合能力发展,同时提高整体带教质量,培养评判性思维能力,进一步提高教学满意度。Objective To explore the teaching quality and clinical application value of perceptual education in hip replacement nursing skill training. Methods From January 2019 to May 2021, 100 orthopedic nursing interns of Fujian Medical University Xiamen Humanity Hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups, 50 in the control group, 50 in the traditional nursing teaching method,and 50 in the observation group, using the perceptual education teaching mode. Compare the assessment results,comprehensive ability scores, teaching satisfaction, and critical thinking ability scores of the two groups before and after the internship. Results The examination results(theoretical knowledge + practical operation) of nursing interns in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). At the same time, compared with the research results of the control group, the score of ctdi-cv critical thinking ability(analysis ability, systematization ability, cognitive maturity, open thinking, thirst for knowledge, self-confidence and looking for the truth) in the observation group was significantly higher, and the score of teaching quality(teaching method,teaching attitude, teaching behavior and teaching effect)in the observation group was significantly higher, and the teaching satisfaction was higher(P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of perception education in hip replacement nursing skill training is not only helpful to improve the theoretical knowledge and nursing skill level of nursing interns, promote the development of their comprehensive ability, but also improve the overall teaching quality,cultivate critical thinking ability, and further improve teaching satisfaction.
