摘 要:在旅游新业态频出、旅游知识更新加速的时代,旅游学者单打独斗的成效逐渐式微,而学者间团队合作是应对挑战、推动旅游业及学科发展的重要方式。文章构建了旅游学者合作网络地位对创新绩效影响的理论模型,以中国高校和科研机构的旅游学者在旅游领域22本SSCI期刊上发表的论文为数据来源,采用社会网络分析法和层次回归分析法对理论模型进行实证检验。研究结果表明:(1)旅游学者合作网络地位与创新绩效之间呈现正U形关系,合作网络地位对关系数量和关系质量均具有积极影响,而关系数量和关系质量对创新绩效均具有显著的正向影响。(2)关系数量和关系质量在合作网络地位和创新绩效的影响关系中起部分中介作用,其中,关系数量的中介作用更大。(3)旅游学者知识多样性负向调节合作网络地位和创新绩效间的正U形关系,增强“合作网络地位→关系数量”“关系数量→创新绩效”“关系质量→创新绩效”的影响作用,减弱了合作网络地位对关系质量的正向影响。该研究提出了旅游学者合作网络地位和创新绩效的正U形关系,拓展了旅游学者合作网络对创新绩效影响机制的研究框架与理论体系,为旅游学者创新绩效提升与合作网络结构优化提供理论参考。Tourism discipline construction and tourism industry development are in urgent need of a number of high-quality research talents and teams. However, there has been growth in new tourism forms, and knowledge about tourism is continuously being updated, which pose a great challenge to tourism scholars. Consequently, tourism scholars have achieved little success on their own, and team cooperation among scholars is an important way to cope with challenges and promote the development of tourism industry and discipline. Innovation performance is an important indicator to measure scholars’ cooperation effectiveness, which is of great significance to tourism research teams, discipline construction and industry development. Most studies explore the influence mechanisms of innovation performance from the perspectives of individual characteristics, knowledge characteristics and cooperative network structure characteristics, but the topics related to cooperative network and innovation performance in tourism disciplines are less covered, and the cooperative network status of tourism scholars is rarely taken as an entry point. In fact, the tourism scholars’ cooperative network status may impact their collaborators’ quantity as well as quality, which in turn affect knowledge acquisition and innovation performance. Then, how does the collaborative network status affect tourism scholars ’ innovation performance? What is the role of relationship quantity, relationship quality and knowledge diversity? To further clarify these research questions, this study builds a model to explore the impact of the cooperative network status of tourism scholars in Chinese universities and scientific research institutions on innovation performance and articles published in 22 SSCI journals in the field of tourism are used as data sources.
