摘  要:海洋蕴含着大量的动植物及微生物,成为人类赖以生存的生物资源宝库。人们对天然产物的研究热潮也从陆地转向海洋,从动植物转向微生物。海洋沉积泥中富有大量的细菌种类,已发现其次生代谢物结构类型复杂,如生物碱类、聚酮类、大环内酯类、萜类化合物和醌类化合物等,具有抗肿瘤、抗菌以及抗氧化等活性。对海洋细菌次级代谢产物产生的主要菌属、海洋沉积物细菌产生的次级代谢物及其生物活性以及海洋细菌次级代谢的应用研究进行了综述。The ocean contains large number of marine animals, plants and microorganisms, which has become a treasury of biological resources on which human beings rely for survival.The researches on natural products have also shifted from land to sea, animals or plants to microorganisms.Marine sediment contains a large number of bacterial species, which have the secondary metabolites with complex structural types, such as alkaloids, polyketones, macrolides, terpenoids and quinines.They may have anti-tumor, antibacterial, antioxidant and other activities.The main bacteria genera, the secondary metabolites, their biological activities and the clinical application research from marine sediment bacteria were reviewed.
