摘 要:针对裂缝型油藏裂缝发育,常规颗粒调驱剂重力分异严重,导致无法进入油藏深部的问题,以海上J裂缝型油田为目标,通过室内研发出等密度颗粒调驱剂,该调驱剂由热塑性树脂DF-2、膨胀剂PT、助溶剂ZR-01以及密度调节剂KB-02组成。室内性能评价表明:与高密度颗粒调驱剂以及低密度颗粒调驱剂相比,等密度颗粒调驱剂能够进入裂缝深部,残余阻力系数分别提高37.33%和32.90%,采出程度分别提高142.31%和56.20%,等密度调驱剂具有运移性好,封堵强度高,提高动用程度大的特点。该体系在海上J裂缝型油田B井组进行了现场应用,累计增油5780m3。Aiming at the fractured reservoirs, conventional particle type profile control and flooding agent couldn’t enter the deep reservoir because of the gravity differentiation.With the aim of J offshore fracture oilfield, through the lab study, the identical density particle profile control and flooding agent was composed of thermoplastic resin DF-2,expansion agent PT,solvent ZR-01,and density regulator KB-02.The lab performance evaluation showed that the identical density particle profile control and flooding agent could enter the deep fracture, compared with high-density particle profile control and flooding agent or low-density particle profile control and flooding agent, and the residual resistance coefficient was increased respectively by 37.33% and 32.90%,and the recovery percent was increased respectively by 142.31% and 56.20%,It indicated that the identical density profile control and flooding agent had the characteristics of good migration, high plugging strength, and high reservoir production efficiency.The agent had been applied to the well B of J offshore fracture oilfield.The cumulative increasing oil was 5780m~3.
