摘 要:针对稠油乳状液特点,采用带双键的聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚、(甲基)丙烯酸酯和(甲基)丙烯酸为原料,通过溶液自由基聚合方法合成了一种新型低温破乳剂。通过结构表征、性能评价以及油水界面流变性能测试,研究了该破乳剂的结构组成和功效的关系,并初步探讨了低温破乳机理。结果表明,新型低温破乳剂对于稠油乳液具有较好的低温破乳性能,即使在比现场破乳温度降低20℃的条件下,对于胜利油田河口采油厂埕东联合站(CHD)原油乳液仍然具有大于40%的15min快速脱水率以及大于80%的360min破乳脱水率。According to the characteristics of heavy oil emulsion, a new type of low temperature demulsifier was synthesized by solution radical polymerization of polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene ether with double bond,(meth) acrylate and(meth) acrylic acid.Through the structure characterization, performance evaluation and rheological property test of oil-water interface, the relationship between structure composition and efficacy of demulsifier was studied, and the mechanism of low-temperature demulsification was preliminarily discussed.The test results showed that the new low-temperature demulsifier has good low-temperature demulsification performance for heavy oil emulsion.Even if the demulsification temperature was 20℃ lower than the field demulsification temperature, it still has a 15min rapid dehydration rate of more than 40% and a 360min demulsification dehydration rate of more than 80% for CHD crude oil emulsion from Shengli Oilfield Hekou Oil Production Plant Chengdong Union Station.
