摘  要:依据注碱反应的机理,对含酚水汽提装置进行注碱工艺改造,对比在不同注碱位置的氨氮(NH3-N)质量。通过注碱工艺改造,有效降低了脱酚后净化水的NH3-N含量,解决了下游污水生化装置含酚水无法处理的难题。According to the mechanism of alkali injection reaction, the alkaline injection technology of water vapor extraction unit containing phenol was modified, and the quality of ammonia nitrogen in different alkali injection positions was compared.Through alkali injection process modification, the content of NH3-N in the purified water after dephenolization was effectively reduced, and the problem that the wastewater containing phenol in the downstream sewage biochemical plant could not be treated was solved.
