摘 要:以鱼腥草根茎为原料,优化其总黄酮提取工艺。用芦丁做为检测对照品,根据单因素试验的结果,对乙醇体积分数、料液比、提取温度和提取时间等因素进行正交试验。鱼腥草根茎中总黄酮的最佳提取工艺为:提取温度为60℃,提取液为70%乙醇,料液比1∶15,回流提取3次,每次90min。此条件下鱼腥草根茎总黄酮得率为3.637%。鱼腥草根茎总黄酮最佳提取条件高效、方便、低成本,本试验为鱼腥草总黄酮的生产、开发奠定了一定基础。The extraction process of total flavonoids from Houttuynia cordata Thunb.was optimized.Taking the rhizome of Houttuynia cordata produced in Sichuan Province as the raw materials.With rutin as the control substance,based on the single factor test,the factors of ethanol volume fraction,solid-liquid ratio,extraction temperature and extraction time were optimized by orthogonal design.The results showed that the best extraction process of total flavonoids from the rhizome of Houttuynia cordata Thunb.was extraction temperature 60℃,extraction solution 70%ethanol,solid-liquid ratio 1∶15,reflux extraction for 3 times,each time for 90 minutes.Under these conditions,the extraction rate of total flavonoids from the rhizome of Houttuynia cordata Thunb.was 3.637%.The optimum extraction conditions of total flavonoids from the rhizome of Houttuynia cordata Thunb.are efficient,convenient and low-cost.This paper lays a foundation for the production and development of total flavonoids from Houttuynia cordata Thunb.
