摘 要:建立了分子筛富集垃圾焚烧烟气中汞的直接测定方法。研究了5种分子筛的富集性能,其中USY对氧化态汞富集效果显著,用过二硫酸铵改性的分子筛对气态元素汞具有良好的富集效果,用柠檬酸-柠檬酸钠缓冲液改性的分子筛可用作二氧化硫富集剂。优化分子筛改性工艺,将其用于富集垃圾焚烧烟气中不同形态的汞,再用高温裂解原子吸收法直接进样测定。汞含量在0~30ng范围内线性良好,当采集量为60L时,方法的检出限为7.2×10^(-4)μg·m^(-3),测量下限为2.9×10^(-3)μg·m^(-3)。测定结果的相对标准偏差为1.10%~3.13%(n=7),加标回收率为98.5%~103.6%。分子筛富集剂质优价廉、可重复使用,方法准确可靠、简便快捷。A direct method for the determination of mercury in waste incineration flue gas enriched by molecular sieve was established.The enrichment properties of five kinds of molecular sieves were studied.Among them,USY had a significant enrichment effect on oxidized mercury,the molecular sieve modified with ammonium persulfate had a good enrichment effect on gaseous elemental mercury,and the molecular sieve modified with citric acid sodium citrate buffer could be used as sulfur dioxide enrichment agent.The modification process of molecular sieve was optimized,which was used to enrich different forms of mercury in waste incineration flue gas,and then directly injected by high temperature pyrolysis atomic absorption spectrometry.The linearity of mercury content was good in the range of 0~30ng.When the collection amount is 60L,the detection limit of the method was 7.2×10^(-4)μg·m^(-3) and the lower limit of measurement was 2.9×10^(-3)μg·m^(-3).The relative standard deviation of the determination results was 1.10%~3.13%(n=7),and the recovery was 98.5%~103.6%.Molecular sieve enriching agent was of high quality and low price,and could be reused.The method was accurate,reliable,simple and fast.
