摘  要:本实验建立了超声提取-高效液相色谱法测定生活用纸中11种双三嗪氨基二苯乙烯型荧光增白剂的分析方法,对提取条件和色谱条件进行了优化。11种物质在25~500ng·mL^(-1)范围内线性关系良好,检出限为0.12~0.24mg·kg^(-1),定量限为0.40~0.80mg·kg^(-1),平均加标回收率为95.0%~102.5%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.16%~5.07%。本方法前处理快速简便,回收率和重现性较好,检出限低,分析速度快,干扰少,适合于生活用纸中11种荧光增白剂的测定。In this experiment,an analytical method for the determination of 11 bis(triazine)aminostilbene fluorescent whitening agents in tissue paper by ultrasonic extraction-high performance liquid chromatography was established,and the extraction conditions and chromatographic conditions were optimized.The 11 compounds have good linear relationship in the range of 25~500ng·mL^(-1),the limits of detection(LOD)were 0.12~0.24mg·kg^(-1),the limits of quantification(LOQ)were 0.40~0.80mg·kg^(-1),the average recoveries of the method were 95.0%~102.5%,and the relative standard deviation(RSD)were 1.16%~5.07%.The pretreatment of the method is quick and easy,the recovery and reproducibility are good,the limit of detection is low,the analysis speed is fast,and the interference is weak,and it is suitable for the determination of 11 kinds of fluorescent whitening agents in tissue paper.
