摘 要:利用多种园林废弃物制备生物炭并联合O3曝气法预处理亚甲基蓝(MB)染整废水,考察由椰壳、香樟叶、茶叶及狗尾牙草等园林废弃物制备而成的生物炭和O3的投加量、反应pH值对亚甲基蓝染料废水的去除率影响情况。结果显示,当生物炭投加量选取2g·L^(-1)的椰壳生物炭、O313mg·min^(-1)、pH值为4时,所得最优COD去除率为61.2%,废水UV254最高去除率可达35.15%,BOD5/COD值最高可升至0.53,发光细菌抑制率最低降至38.1%。本方法可有效地降解废水中的有机物分子不饱和键和芳香环结构,显著提高废水的可生化性且降低其生物毒性,具有一定的实际推广应用价值。Different garden wastes were used to prepare biochar and ozone aeration method to pretreat methylene blue(MB)dye.In the experiment,the dosage of biochar and ozone and pH value of reaction to methylene blue dye were respectively investigated.According to the experimental results,when the biochar dosage of 2g·L^(-1)coconut shell biochar,ozone dosage of 13mg·min^(-1),pH=4,the optimal COD removal rate is 61.2%.In the performance verification experiments of wastewater UV254 removal,biodegradability improvement and biological toxicity reduction,it can be seen that the maximum removal rate of UV254 is 35.15%,BOD5/COD value is up to 0.53,and the inhibition rate of luminescent bacteria is down to 38.1%.The results show that the method can effectively degrade the unsaturated bond and aromatic ring structure of organic compounds in wastewater,significantly improve the biodegradability of wastewater and reduce its biological toxicity,which has a certain reference significance.
