摘  要:为了解决水基钻井液在页岩气水平井钻探过程中出现的摩阻扭矩大、井壁失稳问题,以超支化聚乙烯亚胺、甲基丙烯酸二甲氨基乙酯、氯乙酸钾为原料制备了环保型多功能基液AS。该基液表现出优异的润滑性能和抑制性能,且具有良好的环境友好性能。当AS加量为20%时,其润滑系数仅为0.032,且使钠基膨润土压片线性膨胀率小于10%以及黏土层间距始终保持较低。由该基液AS配制的水基钻井液具有稳定性强,以及优异的润滑性能和抑制性能,适用于页岩气水平井,可提高井壁的稳定性钻井安全。In order to solve the high friction and torque and borehole wall instability in the drilling process of shale gas horizontal well,an environmentally friendly multifunctional base fluid AS was prepared by suing hyperbranched polyethylenimine,dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate and potassium chloroacetate as raw materials.The base fluid showed excellent lubrication and inhibition performance,and it had good environmental friendly performance.When the amount of AS was 20%,the lubrication coefficient was only 0.032,and the linear expansion rate of sodium-based bentonite was less than 10%,and the clay layer spacing was always low.The water-based drilling fluid with AS had strong stability,excellent lubrication performance and inhibition performance,which was suitable for shale gas horizontal wells,could improve the stability of borehole wall and drilling safety.
