摘  要:采用乳液聚合法合成了丙烯酸丁酯-甲氧基聚氧乙烯醚反相破乳剂乳液,并进行了结构表征。使用瓶试法测定了其对热采稠油乳液的脱水率和除油率。并选择小试时性能优异的样品进行了中试生产,在该反相破乳剂的应用浓度为500mg·L^(-1)下进行了矿场试验,结果表明,该反相破乳剂能较好的满足现场工况需求。The butyl acrylate-methoxypolyoxyethylene ether inverse demulsifier emulsion was synthesized by emulsion polymerization,and its structure was characterized.The dehydration rate and oil removal rate of thermal recovery heavy oil emulsion were determined by bottle test method.And select the samples with excellent performance in the small test to carry out the pilot production,and carry out the field test at the application concentration of 500mg·L^(-1).The results showed that the inverse demulsifier can better meet the field needs.
