摘  要:针对传统陶瓷涂料硬度和附着力不高的问题,以甲基三甲氧基硅烷等为原料,对传统的陶瓷涂料进行优化,探讨不同因素对陶瓷涂料性能的影响,以及将优化后的陶瓷涂料涂覆于铝合金单板验证其实际应用性能。结果表明,当硅溶胶与硅氧烷质量比为6∶4,M/A填料含量在10%~15%,在体系pH值为3~4的条件下反应8h,得到的陶瓷涂料在硬度和附着力方面表现的性能最佳;将陶瓷艺术涂料用于铝单板,展现出良好的立体效果,可进一步提高涂料的艺术性。In view of the low hardness and adhesion of traditional ceramic coatings,the traditional ceramic coatings were optimized with methyltrimethoxysilane as raw materials,the effects of different factors on the performance of ceramic coatings were discussed,and the optimized ceramic coatings were coated on aluminum alloy veneers to verify their practical application performance.The results showed that when the mass ratio of silica sol to siloxane is 6∶4,the content of M/A filler is 10%~15%,and the pH value of the system is 3~4,the ceramic coating has the best performance in hardness and adhesion;The application of ceramic art coating to aluminum veneer shows a good three-dimensional effect,which can further improve the artistry of the coating.
