摘 要:随着国内外高坝大库和抽水蓄能电站的建设与发展,作为水电工程输、泄水建筑物调节咽喉的水工钢闸门,正向具有高水头、大孔口、大流量等特点的大型化方向发展,其安全灵活地运行关系着整个枢纽工程和下游人民生命财产的安全。现行设计规范方法需要不断更新完善以满足大型水工钢闸门发展的需求,而最新研究成果和成熟的实践经验比较零散,很有必要总结凝练成熟的成果和实践经验。针对大型水工钢闸门发展中存在的关键问题进行系统理论研究,对闸门面板、主梁的非线性设计理论和方法、“Y”形树状支臂的稳定性以及弧形闸门的优化布置等方面进行系统总结,提出大型水工钢闸门结构设计理论与方法,确保钢闸门安全可靠、经济合理及运行灵活,研究和实践成果不仅具有重要的科学价值,更具有显著的经济效益和社会效益。With the construction and development of high dam reservoirs and pumped storage power stations at home and abroad, the hydraulic steel gate that regulates the water transfer and discharge in the hydropower project is developing in the trend of large-scale with high water head, large orifice and large flow, and its safe and optimal operation is key to the safety of the project and downstream people’s lives and property. The methods in the current design code need to be continuously updated and improved to meet the needs of the development of large-scale hydraulic steel gates, and the latest research results and mature practical experience are not well summarized, and it is necessary to summarize and refine the mature accomplishments and practical experience. Aiming at the key problems in the development of large-scale hydraulic steel gates, systematic theoretical research is carried out, the nonlinear design theory and method of gate panel and main beam, the stability of Y-shaped dendritic arm and the optimal layout of arc gate are systematically summarized, and the structural design theory and method of large hydraulic steel gate are proposed to ensure that the steel gate is safe, reliable, economically reasonable and flexible in operation. The research and practical results not only have important scientific value, but also have significant economic and social benefits.
