摘  要:基于2010—2020年甘肃省县级数据和电子商务进农村综合示范项目的实施,使用固定效应双重差分模型,分析电子商务对贫困地区农民收入的带动机制和促进效应。研究发现,电子商务进农村示范项目显著提高了贫困县农村居民人均收入,并有助于降低当地城乡收入差距,不同年份和不同地区的项目效应存在异质性,项目实施效果好的贫困县收入增加更显著。“十四五”期间为进一步发挥电子商务的带动效应,需要继续建立稳定的电子商务与农户的利益联结机制,提高电子商务运行绩效,形成电子商务赋能农民增收的长效机制。Based on county-level data in Gansu province from 2010 to 2020 and the implementation of Project on the Comprehensive Demonstration of E-commerce in Rural Areas,the TWEF-DID model was used to analyze the driving mechanism and promotion effect of e-commerce on farmers’income in poor areas.It is found that the project significantly increases the per capita income of rural residents in poor counties and helps to reduce the local urban-rural income gap,and there is the heterogeneity in the effects of the project across years and regions,the poor counties,with good effect on project implementation,have more significant income growth.During the 14th Five-Year Plan period,in order to further exploit the driving effect of e-commerce,it is necessary to continue to establish a stable benefit linkage mechanism between e-commerce and farmers,improve the operation performance of e-commerce,and form a long-term mechanism of e-commerce empower income growth of farmers.
