摘 要:叶片数是烟草产量的重要构成因素,对提高烟农种烟收入和保证卷烟原料的供应有重要意义。低温易引起烤烟早花,导致叶片数减少,而韭菜坪2号可在高海拔地区种植,且叶片数不受影响。为揭示韭菜坪2号烤烟叶片数的遗传规律,本研究以叶片数较少的优质烤烟NC82和叶片数较多的烤烟品种韭菜坪2号为亲本,构建六世代(P_(1)、P_(2)、F_(1)、F_(2)、BC_(1)和BC_(2))遗传群体,采用“主基因+多基因”混合遗传模型对韭菜坪2号的叶片数进行遗传分析。结果表明,最优模型为2MG-ADI,即受2对加性-显性-上位性主基因控制,2对主基因中加性效应起主导作用,且存在互效作用;主基因在F_(2)、BC_(1)、BC_(2)世代的遗传率分别为62.72%、6.87%、45.51%,遗传率不高,可能受环境或其他因素的影响较大。本研究结果为韭菜坪2号叶片数基因的遗传和利用提供参考依据。The number of flue-cured tobacco leaves is an important component of tobacco yield,which is of great significance for increasing the income of tobacco growers and ensuring the supply of raw materials.Low temperature is easy to cause early flowering of flue-cured tobacco,resulting in a decrease in the number of leaves,and Jiucaiping No.2 could be planted in high-altitude areas,and the leaf number of that not affected by low temperature.In order to explore the genetic law of leaf number of Jiucaiping No.2,high-quality flue-cured tobacco NC82 with fewer leaves and the variety Jiucaiping No.2 with more leaves were used as parents in this study.Six generations(P_(1),P_(2),F_(1),F_(2),BC_(1),and BC_(2))of genetic populations were constructed,and the mixed genetic model based on"major gene+multi-gene"was used to analyze the leaf number of the flue-cured tobacco variety Jiucaiping No.2.The results showed that the optimal model was_(2)MG-ADI,which was controlled by two pairs of additive,dominant,and epistatic major genes,and two played a dominant role in the additive effect of major genes.and there are interactions.The heritability of major genes in F_(2),BC_(1),and BC_(2)generations was 62.72%,6.87%,and 45.51%,respectively.The heritability was not high,which might be greatly affected by environmental or other factors.The results of this study provide a reference for the inheritance and utilization of leaf number genes in Jiucaiping No.2.
