摘  要:针对西北内陆地区集装箱运输网络的优化与设计问题,在考虑外部客观经济因素的基础上,利用Huff引力模型及Topsis评价模型,将点对之间符合实际运输情况的因素量化为选择概率。建立基于选择概率,以物流成本、环境成本为目标的多目标优化模型,运用NSGAⅡ算法求解。结果表明,引入选择概率不仅使得该地区集装箱运输网络更集约化,而且只需较小的物流成本增长即可获得较大的环境效益。该方法为内陆集装箱运输网络的发展与规划提供理论参考。Aiming at the optimization and design of container transport network in the northwest inland region, we quantified the factors that accorded with actual transportation situation between point pairs as selection probability by using Huff gravity model and Topsis evaluation method on the basis of considering external objective economic factors. On the basis of selection probability, we established a multi-objective optimization model aiming at logistics cost and environmental cost, and used NSGAⅡ to solve the problem. The results show that the introduction of selection probability makes the container transport network in this region more intensive, and obtains greater environmental benefits with less logistics cost increase. The method can provide theoretical reference for the development and planning of inland container transport network.
