摘　　要：临床药师参与1例具有自身免疫特征间质性肺炎患者的抗感染治疗,根据病原学检测结果,参考国内外抗微生物指南与循证医学证据,协助医师制定抗感染药物治疗方案,分别针对耐碳青霉烯类鲍曼不动杆菌(CRAB)与耐碳青霉烯类肺炎克雷伯菌(CRKP)调整治疗方案,最终患者肺部感染得到有效控制。Clinical pharmacists participated in the anti-infective treatment plan of a patient with interstitial pneumonia with autoimmune characteristics.According to the results of pathogen detection,and referring to the anti-microbial guidelines at home and abroad and the evidence of evidence-based medicine,they assisted physicians in formulating the anti-infective drug treatment plan.The treatment regimens were adjusted for carbapenem-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii(CRAB)and carbapenem-resistant Klebsiella pneumoniae(CRKP),and finally the pulmonary infection was effectively controlled.
