摘　　要：以EN 13749标准中的载荷要求为基础,通过有限元分析方法对撒砂装置进行了结构强度仿真分析。利用计算提取到的螺栓力结果,基于VDI 2230标准对关键位置螺栓进行强度校核与评估,对撒砂装置关键连接螺栓在产品设计阶段的选用与校核具有实际意义。Based on the load requirements in the EN 13749 standard,the bolt force results obtained through the finite element analysis of the whole sanding gear.And then the strength of key bolts is verified and evaluated according to the VDI 2230 standard to ensure and guide the safety and reliability of bolt selection in the product design stage.
