摘  要:钢企炉窑是燃气消耗和显热回收的重要能源设备,能效高低直接影响能源效率水平和能源成本。梅钢推动炉窑低碳技术快速落地,系统推动冶金炉窑技术向行业一流迈进,重点围绕冶金炉窑热量高效使用与余热高效回收两个维度开展攻关工作,从炉窑智慧燃烧控制、极限炉窑显热回收、先进炉窑管理及智慧炉窑技术探索,积极践行绿色低碳制造,系统推动冶金炉窑技术向行业一流迈进。Steel enterprise furnace is an important energy equipment for gas consumption and sensible heat recovery.The level of energy efficiency directly affects the level of energy efficiency and energy cost.Meishan Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.promoted the rapid implementation of low carbon technology in furnaces and kilns,systematically promoted the metallurgical furnace and kiln technology to become the first-class industry,focused on tackling key problems in the two dimensions of efficient use of heat and efficient recovery of waste heat in metallurgical furnaces and kilns,and actively practiced green low carbon manufacturing from intelligent combustion control of furnaces and kilns,sensible heat recovery of extreme furnaces and kilns,first in furnace management and intelligent furnace and kiln technology exploration,systematically promoted the metallurgical furnace and kiln technology to become the first-class industry.
