国际石油工程项目跨文化管理的思考

摘　　要：通过有效的跨文化管理,处理好不同类型文化之间的关系,既是企业海外项目顺利实施的必要条件,也是不同文化融合发展的必然要求。本文介绍了国际石油工程项目跨文化管理的现状,分析了跨文化冲突产生的原因,并提出了尊重文化差异、发展文化认同、推进文化融合等相应的管理思路和对策建议,为今后从事相关实践工作提供一些有益的参考。Handling the relationship between different types of cultures through effective cross-cultural management is not only necessary for the successful implementation of overseas projects,but also necessary for the integration and development of different cultures.This paper firstly introduces the current situation of cross-cultural management in international petroleum engineering projects,and further analyzes the reason causing cross-cultural conflict,as well as puts forward strategies such as respecting culture-difference,developing cultural acceptance,promoting cross-cultural integration,etc.Based on the analysis,corresponding management suggestions and strategies are proposed,which will provide useful reference for related practice.
