摘　　要：先进制造业和现代服务业深度融合是构建现代产业体系的重要途径。本文将产业融合的动因从传统情境扩展到互联网情境,聚焦零售服务业和制造业,基于企业微观和产业宏观两个层面为互联网驱动下的零售服务业和制造业跨界融合的机制提供了一个解释性框架。互联网驱动跨界融合的微观机制表现为零售企业和制造企业在数字化情境下出于自身效率、能力和权力最大化而实施的组织边界管理行为引发跨界。互联网驱动跨界融合的宏观机制表现为互联网正向作用于技术进步、商业模式创新、政府管制和市场需求等诱发产业融合的因素而促使跨界。The deep integration of advanced manufacturing and modern service industries is a significant approach to build a modern industrial system.Focusing on the retail service and the manufacturing industries,this paper extends the motivation of the industrial integration from the traditional situation to the Internet situation,and provides an explanatory framework for the Internet-driven cross-border integration mechanism of the retail service and the manufacturing industries based on both enterprise micro and industrial macro levels.The micro mechanism of Internet-driven cross-border integration of retail service and manufacturing industries is reflected in the organizational boundary management behavior implemented by retail and manufacturing enterprises to maximize their efficiency,ability and power in the context of digital Internet,which triggers cross-border.The macro mechanism of Internet-driven cross-border integration is mainly reflected by the positive effect of the Internet on the factors that induce industrial integration,such as technological progress,business model innovation,government regulation,and market demand,to induce cross-border integration.
