摘　　要：闲暇福利匮乏是影响我国居民实现美好生活需要的重要阻碍之一。本文以Lio分工模型为基础,进一步演绎出流通效率提升的“闲暇效应”“分工中介”和“阶段调节”等三个理论假说,并运用2010—2019年的省级面板数据进行了实证研究。研究表明:流通效率提升能同时实现经济效率增加和闲暇延展,增加的闲暇时间来源于节约的交易成本和专业化生产时间。分工专业化是流通效率影响闲暇福利的传导中介之一;经济发展阶段会对流通效率的闲暇福利促进机制进行调节,经济发展阶段越高正向促进作用越强,流通效率的闲暇促进机制存在“马太效应”。流通先导新动力、社会意识动力和技术进步动力是提升闲暇福利的三种动力机制。The lack of leisure welfare is one of the important obstacles that affect Chinese residents’need to realize a better life.Based on Lio’s model of division of labor,this paper further deduces the three theoretical hypotheses of“leisure effect”,“labor division intermediary”and“stage adjustment”to improve the circulation efficiency,and empirically examines them with the provincial panel data from 2010 to 2019.The research shows that the increase of circulation efficiency can simultaneously realize the increase of economic efficiency and the extension of leisure time,and the increase of leisure time comes from the saving of transaction costs and specialized production time.Specialization of division of labor is one of the transmission intermediaries of circulation efficiency affecting leisure welfare;the economic development stage adjusts the leisure welfare promotion mechanism of circulation efficiency.The higher the economic development stage,the stronger the positive promotion effect.The leisure promotion mechanism of circulation efficiency has“Matthew effect”.The new motive force of circulation forerunner,the motive force of social consciousness and the motive force of technological progress are the three motive mechanisms to promote leisure welfare.
