摘  要:当前,我国卫生事业单位人事管理体制正在不断深化改革。首先,文章通过研究卫生事业单位改革轨迹,发现我国卫生事业单位人事体制改革愈发注重人员权益的保护,并且政府正在进行简政放权;接着,文章研究改革内在逻辑,发现我国卫生事业单位人事体制仍然存在缺乏规范化的人才流动机制、人才培养体系缺失、人事管理在经济效益和社会效益之间难以取得有效平衡等问题;最后,针对上述问题,文章给出了相关政策建议。Currently,the personnel management system of health institutions in China is deepening its reform.First,by studying the reform trajectory of health institutions and the internal logic of reform,the article finds that the reform of China's health institutions personnel system is increasingly focused on the protection of personnel rights and interests,and the government is simplifying and decentralizing the government.Then,the article finds that in the reform,China's health institutions personnel system is still lacking a standardized talent flow mechanism,the lack of talent training system and personnel management in the economic and social benefits.Finally,the article gives relevant policy suggestions for the above problems.
