摘 要:为促进山西省长治区域水资源协调发展,提出了基于供水和生态目标的水库群多目标调度模型,根据是否考虑引调水设置不同方案,应用一种改进的多目标萤火虫算法(IMOFA)求解2035年不同来水情况的配置方案,并建立科学合理的水资源协调度评价指标体系对配置方案进行评价。在IMOFA算法中,利用逻辑自映射函数、随机扰动策略和三点最短路径策略改进算法,之后采用测试函数验证其综合性能。结果表明:(1) IMOFA算法获得的测试函数Pareto前沿的世代距离和空间分布度相比于MOFA都有所减少,其中世代距离的均值至少可以提高2个数量级;(2)经过对供水区经济-社会-生态系统指标情况的计算求解,应用协调度模型评价水资源配置方案情况,发现引黄河水0.3亿m^(3)对区域协调度的改善有较大帮助。研究成果可为该地区水资源合理的规划调度和协调发展提供参考。In order to promote the coordinated utilization of water resources in Changzhi Region, Shanxi Province, a multi-objective operation model of reservoir groups based on water supply and ecological objectives was proposed and different schemes were set up according to whether or not considering water diversion.An improved multi-objective firefly algorithm(IMOFA)was used to solve the allocation scheme of different incoming water conditions in 2035,and a scientific and reasonable evaluation index system of water resources coordination degree was established to evaluate the allocation scheme.In the IMOFA algorithm, the logic self-mapping function, random disturbance strategy and three-point shortest path strategy were used to improve the algorithm, and then the test functions were used to verify its comprehensive performance.The results show that:(1) Compared with MOFA,the generation distance and spatial distribution of the Pareto frontier of the test function obtained by the IMOFA algorithm were reduced, and the average value of the generation distance could be improved by at least 2 orders of magnitude.(2) After calculating and solving the economic-social-ecological system indexes of water consumption areas, a coordination degree model was applied to evaluate the water resources allocation scheme, and it found that the water diversion of 30 million cubic meters from the Yellow River was helpful to improving the regional coordination degree.The research results can provide reference for the rational planning, dispatching and coordinated development of water resources in the area.
