利多卡因凝胶贴膏联合高能红光治疗躯干部带状疱疹后遗神经痛的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨利多卡因凝胶贴膏联合高能红光治疗躯干部带状疱疹后遗神经痛(PHN)的临床疗效。方法回顾性选取2018年10月至2020年10月宁德师范学院附属宁德市医院收治的80例PHN的患者作为研究对象,按治疗方法不同将其分为观察组与对照组,每组40例。对照组患者给予常规治疗,观察组患者在常规治疗基础上应用利多卡因凝胶贴膏联合高能红光治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果、不同时间视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、临床恢复情况以及不良反应情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率为95.00%,显著高于对照组(80.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后1~4周,两组VAS评分均较治疗前降低,且观察组患者的VAS评分为(4.00±0.34)、(3.95±0.14)、(1.85±0.22)分,显著低于对照组[(6.27±0.26)、(5.13±0.25)、(3.21±0.26)分],差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的痊愈、结痂、止疱以及疼痛缓解所用时间为(8.82±1.08)、(3.85±0.98)、(1.77±0.63)、(4.15±1.26)d,均显著少于对照组[(14.35±3.12)、(4.62±1.23)、(3.31±1.15)、(8.24±2.37)d],差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组间不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在传统治疗基础上应用利多卡因凝胶贴膏联合高能红光治疗能够提升PHN的临床治疗效果,减轻患者的痛苦,缩短康复时间,安全性好,值得临床应用推广。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy analysis of lidocaine gel patch combined with high-energy red light in the treatment of trunk postherpetic neuralgia(PHN).Methods Eighty patients with trunk PHN treated in Ningde Hospital Affiliated to Ningde Normal University from October 2018 to October 2020 were retrospectively selected as the research objects,and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the treatment method,40 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given conventional treatment.The patients in the observation group were treated with lidocaine gel plaster combined with high energy red light treatment on the basis of regular treatment.Treatment effect,visual analogue scale(VAS)score at different time,clinical recovery and adverse reactions between the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.00%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(80.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).One to four weeks after treatment,the VAS scores of both groups were lower than those before treatment,and the VAS scores of patients in the observation group were(4.00±0.34),(3.95±0.14),(1.85±0.22)pionts,respectively,which were significantly lower than those in the control group[(6.27±0.26),(5.13±0.25),(3.21±0.26)pionts],the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The time of of recovery,crusting,blistering and pain relief in the observation group were(8.82±1.08),(3.85±0.98),(1.77±0.63),(4.15±1.26)days,respectively,which were significantly shorter than those in the control group[(14.35±3.12),(4.62±1.23),(3.31±1.15),(8.24±2.37)days],the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).And there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Lidocaine gel plaster combined with high energy red light treatment on the basis of traditional treatment can improve the clinical efficacy of in the treatment of tr
