红蓝光联合强脉冲光治疗寻常型痤疮临床应用

摘　　要：目的:分析寻常型痤疮治疗中,红蓝光联合强脉冲光治疗的应用效果。方法:选取2021年4月-2022年3月于鹤山市人民医院就诊的117例寻常型痤疮患者,以随机数表法分为三组,各39例。接受红蓝光治疗患者为红蓝光组,接受强脉冲光治疗患者为强脉冲光组,接受红蓝光联合强脉冲光治疗患者为联合组,三组治疗时间均为4周。分析三组治疗过程中病情及生活质量改善情况,并对比三组治疗效果及不良反应严重程度。结果:治疗前,三组痤疮综合分级系统(GAGS)、卡迪夫痤疮伤残指数(CADI)及痤疮特异性生活质量调查表(Qol-AcneI)评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗4周后,三组GAGS、CADI及Qol-AcneI评分较治疗前均下降,且联合组均低于红蓝光组及强脉冲光组(P<0.05)。治疗4周后,联合组治疗总有效率均高于红蓝光组及强脉冲光组(P<0.05)。三组均发生不同程度的局部疼痛及水肿性红斑,联合组11点疼痛数字等级量表(PI-NRS)及红斑严重程度评分均低于红蓝光组及脉冲光组(P<0.05)。结论:红蓝光联合强脉冲光治疗可提高寻常型痤疮患者的治疗效果和生活质量,且有利于改善不良反应严重程度。Objective: To analyze the effect of red and blue light combined with intense pulsed light in the treatment of acne vulgaris. Method: A total of 117 patients with acne vulgaris who treated in the People’s Hospital of Heshan City from April 2021 to March 2022 were divided into three groups by random number table method, 39 cases in each group. Those who received red and blue light treatment were the red and blue light group, those who received intense pulsed light treatment were the intense pulsed light group,and those who received combined red and blue light and intense pulsed light treatment were the combined group, the treatment times of three groups were 4 weeks. The improvement of condition and quality of life in three groups were analyzed, and the treatment effects and the severity of adverse reactions in three groups were compared. Result: Before treatment, there were no significant differences in Global acne grading system(GAGS), Cardiff acne disability index(CADI), acne-specific quality of life questionnaire(Qol-AcneI) scores among three groups(P>0.05). After 4 weeks of treatment, the GAGS, CADI and Qol-AcneI scores of three groups decreased significantly compared with those before treatment, and the combined group were lower than those of the red and blue light group and the intense pulsed light group(P<0.05). After 4 weeks of treatment, the total effective rate of the combined group was higher than those of the red and blue light group and the intense pulse light group(P<0.05). Local pain and edematous erythema occurred in different degrees among three groups, the group 11point pain numerical rating scale(PI-NRS) and erythema severity scores in the combined group were lower than those in the red and blue light group and the intense pulse light group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Red and blue light combined with intense pulsed light can improve the treatment effect and quality of life of patients with acne vulgaris, and it is conducive to improving the severity of adverse reactions.
