加味参芪地黄汤联合氯沙坦钾片治疗气阴两虚型糖尿病肾病的效果

摘　　要：目的:探究加味参芪地黄汤联合氯沙坦钾片治疗气阴两虚型糖尿病肾病的效果。方法:选取2019年6月-2021年5月如东县中医院接收的102例气阴两虚型糖尿病肾病患者,通过数字表法将其分为常规组(氯沙坦钾片)和联合组(氯沙坦钾片+加味参芪地黄汤),各51例。统计比较两组治疗前后的肾功能指标[血肌酐(Scr)、尿素氮(BUN)],中医症候积分、临床疗效、不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗前,两组的BUN、Scr比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组的BUN、Scr水平均降低,且联合组低于常规组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组的中医症候积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组的中医症候积分均降低,且联合组低于常规组(P<0.05)。联合组的总有效率高于常规组,不良反应总发生率低于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:气阴两虚型糖尿病肾病患者采用加味参芪地黄汤联合氯沙坦钾片的治疗效果较为明显,可促进患者快速康复,进一步调节气阴两虚型糖尿病肾病患者肾功能,降低中医症候积分及不良反应发生率,值得推广和应用。Objective:To explore the effect of modified Shenqi Dihuang Decoction combined with Losartan Potassium Tablets in the treatment of diabetes nephropathy of Qi and Yin deficiency type.Method:A total of 102 patients with diabetes nephropathy of Qi and Yin deficiency type received by Rudong County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2019 to May 2021 were selected and divided into the conventional group(Losartan Potassium Tablets)and the combined group(Losartan Potassium Tablets+modified Shenqi Dihuang Decoction)by digital table method,51 cases in each group.The renal function indexes[serum creatinine(Scr),urea nitrogen(BUN)],TCM symptom scores before and after treatment,clinical efficacy and adverse reactions in the two groups were statistically compared.Result:Before treatment,there were no significant differences in BUN and Scr between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of BUN and Scr in both groups decreased,and those in the combined group were lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in TCM symptom scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the TCM symptom scores of both groups decreased,and those in the combined group were lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the combined group was higher than that in the conventional group,and the total incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that in the conventional group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of diabetes nephropathy patients of Qi and Yin deficiency type by modified Shenqi Dihuang Decoction combined with Losartan Potassium Tablets has obvious effects,which can promote the rapid recovery of patients,further regulate the renal function of diabetes nephropathy patients with Qi and Yin deficiency type,reduce the TCM symptom score and the incidence of adverse reactions,and is worth promoting and applying.
