摘 要:目的:探讨电刺激生物反馈疗法联合盆底肌锻炼对产后盆底功能障碍康复的疗效。方法:选择百色市人民医院2020年8月-2021年8月经阴道分娩的在产后42 d常规盆底功能筛查中诊断为盆底功能障碍的90例患者。按照患者身份证最后一位单双数情况将其分为试验组和对照组,各45例。试验组采用电刺激生物反馈疗法联合盆底肌锻炼治疗,对照组采用单纯盆底肌锻炼。观察并对比治疗前后两组膀胱尿道后角、膀胱颈移动度、尿道内口漏斗形成率情况。结果:治疗前,两组膀胱尿道后角与膀胱颈移动度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,试验组膀胱尿道后角与膀胱颈移动度小于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组尿道内口漏斗形成率情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,试验组尿道内口漏斗形成率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:产后盆底功能障碍患者采用电刺激生物反馈疗法联合盆底肌锻炼治疗效果较为显著,值得临床推广。Objective: To explore the effect of electrical stimulation biofeedback therapy combined with pelvic floor muscle exercise on the rehabilitation of postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction. Method: A total of 90 patients with pelvic floor dysfunction diagnosed by routine pelvic floor function screening 42 days after delivery who had undergone vaginal delivery from August 2020 to August 2021in Baise People’s Hospital were selected. According to the last single or even number of the patients’ ID card, they were divided into the experimental group and the control group, 45 cases in each group. The experimental group was treated with electrical stimulation biofeedback therapy combined with pelvic floor muscle exercise. The control group used simple pelvic floor muscle exercise. The posterior horn of bladder and urethra, the mobility of bladder neck, and the formation rate of urethral infundibulum were observed and compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Result: Before treatment, there were no significant differences between the two groups in the posterior horn of urethra and mobility of bladder neck(P>0.05). After treatment, the posterior horn of bladder and urethra and the mobility of bladder neck in the experimental group were smaller than those in the control group(P<0.05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference between the two groups in the formation rate of urethral infundibulum(P>0.05). After treatment, the formation rate of urethral infundibulum in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: The effect of using electrical stimulation biofeedback therapy combined with pelvic floor muscle exercise for postpartum patients with pelvic floor dysfunction is significant, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
