摘　　要：目的:探讨脑卒中后偏瘫肢体痉挛患者进行新Bobath技术与透穴针刺联合治疗对康复效果的影响。方法:病例纳入时间为2021年1月-2022年1月,共纳入脑卒中后偏瘫肢体痉挛患者60例,根据随机数字表法将患者分为对照组与观察组,各30例。对照组开展透穴针刺治疗,观察组开展透穴针刺联合新Bobath技术治疗。对比两组临床治疗效果,同时采用美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)、简化Fugl-Meyer量表(FMA)及改良版Ashworth量表(MAS)对两组治疗前后神经功能缺损、运动功能及肢体痉挛情况进行评价。结果:与对照组相比,观察组治疗总有效率、MAS分级总有效率均更高(P<0.05)。两组治疗前NIHSS、FMA评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);与对照组相比,观察组治疗后FMA评分更高,而NIHSS评分更低(P<0.05)。结论:脑卒中后偏瘫肢体痉挛患者进行新Bobath技术与透穴针刺联合治疗效果确切,对肢体痉挛及神经功能缺损的改善效果理想,还可有效增强运动能力,值得推广应用。Objective:To investigate the influence of new Bobath technique combined with point-through acupuncture on rehabilitation effect of hemiplegia and limb spasm patients after stroke.Method:A total of 60 patients with hemiplegia and limb spasm after stroke were included from January 2021 to January 2022.According to random number table method,they were divided into the control group and the observation group,30 patients in each group.The control group was treated with point-through acupuncture,and the observation group was treated with point-through acupuncture combined with new Bobath technique.The clinical treatment effects of two groups were compared,and the neurological deficit,motor function and limb spasm of two groups before and after treatment were evaluated by the National Institute of Health stroke scale(NIHSS),the simplified Fugl-Meyer scale(FMA)and the modified Ashworth scale(MAS).Result:Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of treatment and MAS grading in the observation group were higher(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in NIHSS and FMA scores between two groups before treatment(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,the observation group had a higher FMA score after treatment and a lower NIHSS score(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combined treatment of new Bobath technology and point-through acupuncture for hemiplegia and limb spasm patients after stroke has an accurate effect,and the improvement effect of limb spasm and nerve function defect is ideal,the effective enhancement of patients’motor ability,so it is worthy of popularization and application.
