摘 要:散体储料中水平拱对筒仓仓壁侧压力的影响较大,以筒仓仓壁面、平衡拱面和滑动面所包围的储料作为隔离体模型探究仓壁侧压力,对隔离体中单位微元受力分析,提出了考虑粮拱效应的筒仓仓壁侧压力计算方法,并将其仓壁侧压力计算结果与其他未考虑粮拱效应理论、有限元结果、实仓试验结果进行对比分析。结果表明:相较于其他未考虑粮拱效应的理论、有限元结果,该计算结果略大,说明粮拱效应会使仓壁侧压力有一定程度的增大;仓壁侧压力计算结果与实仓试验结果基本吻合,一定程度上验证了该计算方法的有效性。研究结果可为解决筒仓结拱、筒仓超压等问题提供理论依据。In order to explore the influence of horizontal arch effect in bulk storage on silo wall side pressure,a model was established considering the horizontal arch effect in the storage material.The model is part of the material storage which was surrounded by the silo wall,the sliding surface and the plane composed of balanced arches.The unit micro-element was selected from the model to force analysis.The calculation method of the lateral pressure in the silo wall was proposed,which was considered the horizontal arch effect.The results from this study were analyzed and compared with other theories,finite element analysis,and test value.The results showed that the calculations from this study were slightly larger than other theoretical and finite element results,indicating that grain arch effect could increase the side pressure of the silo wall to a certain extent.The calculated results of this study were basically consistent with the test value,suggesting that the calculation method adopted in this study was effective.In the present study,the calculation method of silo wall side pressure considering arch effect is presented,which makes the side pressure of silo wall more accurate and provides theoretical support for silo design.
