摘　　要：当前我国服刑人员子女面临着生活保障不足、不良情绪泛化、双重教育缺失、救助效果微弱、个人发展受阻等问题。若不及时解决,会产生犯罪代际的风险隐患,不仅阻碍该群体的成长发展,也不利于社会治理现代化进程。对此,需要从多方面加强对服刑人员子女的帮扶工作,强化政府主导作用,加大政策扶持力度;完善救助法律法规,创新刑事执行方法;重视家庭教育作用,提升家庭教育质量;优化社会帮扶环境,强化社会支持体系。解决目前服刑人员子女所面临的问题,帮助该群体健康成长,以共同迈向全面建设社会主义现代化强国新征程。At present,children of prisoners in China are faced with problems such as inadequate living guarantee,constant bad emotions,lack of family and school education,weak effect of relief measures and tortuous personal development.If not solved in time,these problems will lead to risks and hidden dangers of intergenerational crimes,which will not only hinder the growth and development of this group,but also go against the modernization process of social governance.In this regard,it is necessary to strengthen the support of the children of prisoners from various aspects,strengthen the leading role of the government,and increase the policy support.We should improve relief laws and regulations,innovate criminal execution methods;Attach importance to the role of family education,improve the quality of family education;optimize the environment for social assistance and strengthen the social support system.These measures will help solve the problems facing the children of prisoners and help them grow up healthily,so as to join them in the new journey of building a modern socialist country in an all-round way.
