依恋理论视域下《杏仁》中的人物生命轨迹分析及启示价值

摘　　要：韩国小说《杏仁》自面世之后被翻译成数十国语言,引发了社会对青少年心理健康的关注。从依恋理论的视角对小说中两位主人公的依恋类型进行分析后发现:依恋关系贯穿人物的一生,依恋类型的形成与人物的成长环境紧密相关。安全型依恋关系可促进个体情绪的发展,帮助个体更好地适应社会。混乱型依恋关系会造成个体形成心理防御机制,难以建立良好的人际关系,成为社会不稳定的因素。因此,青少年安全型依恋关系的形成与建立,需从家庭、社会等多方面进行引导。The Korean novel Almond has been translated into dozens of languages since its publication,which has aroused the attention of the society to the mental health of teenagers.This paper analyzes the attachment types of the two protagonists in the novel from the perspective of attachment theory.The result shows that attachment relationship runs through the life of the two characters,and the formation of attachment types is closely related to their growth environment.Safe attachment relationship promotes the development of individual emotions and helps individuals better adapt to society.The chaotic attachment relationship causes individuals to form a psychological defense mechanism,which is difficult to establish a good interpersonal relationship and thus it becomes a factor of social instability.Therefore,the formation and establishment of safe attachment of adolescents need guidance from family,society and other aspects.
