摘　　要：以云烟116为材料,探究了施用万寿菊茎提取物对根结线虫病害、烤烟产质量和化学成分、植烟土壤化学性质的影响。采用大田试验方法,共设4个处理:CK为施清水,T_(1)、T_(2)、T_(3)分别于移栽后0、15、30 d施寿菊茎提取物,再对4个处理植株的农艺性状。根结线虫发生情况、烤烟产质量、土壤化学性质进行记录分析。结果表明:4个处理的烟株在生育期、农艺性状和烟叶化学性质上差异不显著,T_(2)对防治根结线虫、改善土壤化学性质、提升烟叶产量产值的效果最好。Yunyan 116 was used to investigate the effects of marigold stem extract on the chemical properties of tobaccogrowing soil,root-knot nematode disease,yield,quality and chemical components of flue-cured tobacco.The agronomic traits,the occurrence of root-knot nematodes,the main chemical components and the chemical properties of soil were recorded and analyzed in four treatments:CK(control,spraying water after transplanting),T_(1),T_(2 )and T_(3)(spraying the stem extract of marigold at 0 d,15 d and 30 d after transplanting,respectively).The results showed that there were no significant differences in growth period,agronomic traits and chemical properties of tobacco leaves among the four treatments.T_(2) had the best effect on controlling root-knot nematodes,improving soil chemical properties,and increasing the yield and output value of tobacco leaves.
