不同土壤水分条件对鸢尾叶片形态影响的研究

摘  要:采用石蜡制片法和离析法,将巴西鸢尾在旱生和湿生2种环境下叶表皮和横切面的形态结构特征进行了对比分析,探究了不同水分条件下巴西鸢尾叶片的形态特征差异及其环境水分适应性。结果表明:巴西鸢尾对生长环境水分变化的适应能力较强,主要体现在叶表皮特征上,其主要影响因子是气孔因子。旱生与湿生2种不同环境下,巴西鸢尾的气孔密度、气孔指数、气孔宽度、上下表皮细胞面积、上角质层等生理指标均具有极显著性差异(P<0.01),气孔长度、叶厚、维管束长的差异也达到显著水平(P<0.05)。The morphological and structural characteristics of leaf epidermis and cross section of Neomarica gracilis(Herb.)Sprague in dry and wet environments were analyzed by paraffin sectioning and segregation methods,and the differences of leaf morphological characteristics under different water conditions were explored.The results showed that Neomarica gracilis(Herb.)Sprague had a strong adaptability to water changes in the growth environment.Its environmental adaptability was mainly reflected in the characteristics of leaf epidermis,and the main influencing factor was stomatal factor.In dry and wet environments,the stomatal density,stomatal index,stomatal width,upper and lower epidermal cell areas,and upper cuticle of Neomarica gracilis(Herb.)Sprague were significantly different(P<0.01),and the stomatal length,leaf thickness,and vascular bundle length were significantly different(P<0.05).
