普罗雌烯阴道胶丸联合定君生治疗老年性阴道炎的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的 研究普罗雌烯阴道胶丸联合定君生治疗绝经老年性阴道炎的疗效。方法 选取2019年1月—2021年1月本院就诊60例绝经一年以上且具有老年性阴道炎症状的患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用定君生治疗,观察组采用普罗雌烯阴道胶丸联合定君生治疗,观察2组临床疗效、阴道健康评分、阴道微生态评分、临床症状消失时间以及6个月内的复发率。结果 治疗后观察组临床疗效为96.67%,高于对照组的73.33%,(χ^(2)=4.705,P=0.030);观察组阴道健康评分为(15.54±3.36)分,高于对照组的(12.17±2.43)分(t=4.451,P<0.001),阴道微生态评分为(3.72±1.01)分,优于对照组的(5.83±1.54)分,(t=6.275,P<0.001);观察组分泌物异常消失时间为(8.46±1.15)d,短于对照组的(11.22±1.43)d,(t=8.238,P<0.001)、观察组阴道干涩消失时间为(8.68±1.52)d,短于对照组的(11.31±1.63)d,(t=6.643,P<0.001);6个月内复发率为3.33%,低于对照组的30.00%(χ^(2)=5.880,P=0.015)。2组差异均有统计学意义。结论 使用普罗雌烯阴道胶丸联合定君生治疗绝经老年性阴道炎,可以明显提高患者临床疗效,降低患者复发率,值得临床推广应用。Objective To study the efficacy of proestrol vaginal capsule combined with dingjunsheng in the treatment of postmenopausal senile vaginitis.Methods From January 2019 to January 2021, 60 patients with senile vaginitis after menopause for more than one year were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group. The control group was treated with dingjunsheng, and the observation group was treated with a proestrol vaginal capsule combined with dingjunsheng. The clinical efficacy, vaginal health scores, vaginal microecology scores, time of disappearance of clinical symptoms, and recurrence rates within 6 months in the two groups were observed and compared.Results After treatment,the clinical efficacy of the observation group was 96.67%, higher than 73.33% of the control group(χ^(2)= 4.705, P = 0.030);the average vaginal health score of the observation group was(15.54 ± 3.36), higher than that of the control group(12.17 ±2.43)(t = 4.451, P < 0.001), and the average vaginal microecology score of the observation group(3.72 ± 1.01) was higher than that of the control group(5.83 ± 1.54)(t = 6.275, P < 0.001);the average disappearance time of abnormal secretion of the observation group was(8.46 ± 1.15) days, shorter than that of the control group:(11.22 ± 1.43) days,(t = 8.238, P <0.001), and the average disappearance time of vaginal dryness of the observation group was(8.68 ± 1.52) days, shorter than that of the control group:(11.31 ± 1.63) days,(t = 6.643, P < 0.001). The recurrence rate within 6 months of the observation group was 3.33%, lower than 30.00% of the control group(χ^(2)= 5.880, P =0.015). The differences above-mentioned between the two groups were statistically significant.Conclusion The treatment of menopausal senile vaginitis with the proestrol vaginal capsule combined with dingjunsheng can significantly improve the clinical efficacy and reduce the recurrence rate of patients, which is worthy of clinical application.
