摘 要:采用石墨烯(Gra)对双酚-A二缩水甘油醚(E-51)进行增韧改性,使用超声共混和真空抽取法制备环氧树脂/石墨烯(EP/Gra)复合材料,对EP/Gra复合材料的热学性能、力学性能进行研究。结果表明:Gra的加入不影响EP的固化行为。EP/Gra复合材料的固化工艺为:70℃抽真空30 min,90℃预固化2 h,115℃固化2 h,130℃固化2 h,150℃固化3 h。当Gra含量为0.40%,EP/Gra复合材料的力学性能最好,与EP相比,复合材料的拉伸强度提高30.4%,断裂伸长率提高25.5%,冲击强度提高202.0%,弯曲强度提高3.6%,初始分解温度提高5℃。Graphene(Gra) was used to toughen bisphenol-A diglycidyl ether(E-51).Epoxy resin/graphene(EP/Gra)composites were prepared by ultrasonic blending and vacuum extraction.The thermal properties and mechanical properties of EP/Gra composites were studied.The results show that the addition of graphene does not affect the curing behavior of EP.The curing process of EP/Gra composite is as follows:vacuum at 70℃ for 30 min,pre-curing at 90℃ for 2 h,curing at 115℃ for 2 h,curing at 130℃ for 2 h,curing at 150℃ for 3 h.When the graphene content is 0.40%,the mechanical properties of graphene toughened EP composites are the best.Compared with EP,the tensile strength of EP/Gra composites increases by 30.4%,the elongation at break increases by 25.5%,the impact strength increases by 202.0%,the flexural strength increases by 3.6%,and the initial decomposition temperature increases by 5℃.
