摘 要:利用四氧化三铁(Fe_(3)O_(4))对氧化石墨烯(GO)进行改性获得磁性氧化石墨烯(Fe_(3)O_(4)/GO),将聚磷酸铵(APP)应用于环氧树脂(EP),制备二维有序的阻燃环氧树脂复合材料。利用X射线衍射(XRD)和透射电镜(TEM)对Fe_(3)O_(4)/GO结构进行表征,通过极限氧指数(LOI)、锥形量热(CCT)、热重分析(TG)、扫描电镜(SEM)等研究EP复合材料的阻燃性能和阻燃机理。结果表明:EP-5的LOI为32.0%,较EP-4提高0.7%,燃烧等级达到V-0级。EP-5的总烟释放量(TSR)和总热释放量(THR)较EP-4分别降低28.06%和23.43%,残炭率明显提高,且膨胀炭层更致密、平坦。EP-5的热稳定性和阻燃性能也得到明显提升。Graphene oxide(GO) was modified by ferric oxide(Fe_(3)O_(4)) to obtain magnetic graphene oxide(Fe_(3)O_(4)/GO).Ammonium polyphosphate(APP) was applied to epoxy resin(EP) to prepare two-dimensional ordered flame retardant epoxy resin composites.The structure of Fe_(3)O_(4)/GO was characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD) and transmission electron microscopy(TEM).The flame retardancy and flame retardant mechanism of EP composites were studied by limiting oxygen index(LOI),cone calorimetry(CCT),thermogravimetric analysis(TG) and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The results show that the LOI of EP-5 is 32.0%,which is 0.7% higher than that of EP-4,and the combustion grade reaches V-0.The total smoke release(TSR) and total heat release(THR) of EP-5 are 28.06% and 23.43% lower than those of EP-4,respectively.The char residue rate of EP-5 is significantly improved,and the expanded char layer is denser and flatter.The thermal stability and flame retardancy of EP-5 are also significantly improved.
