摘 要:采用9,10-二氢-9-氧杂-10-磷杂菲-10-氧化物(DOPO)接枝氢氧化镁(MH)制备新型接枝型复合阻燃剂(D-MH),并用于超高分子量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)阻燃改性,对D-MH的化学结构进行表征,对阻燃改性后UHMWPE热释放、烟释放、热降解过程及力学性能进行分析。结果表明:D-MH对UHMWPE的阻燃效果明显优于未经过改性的MH阻燃剂,D-MH阻燃UHMWPE材料的热释放速率峰值和总热释放量与MH阻燃UHMWPE材料相比下降53.7%和69.3%,烟释放速率峰值和总烟释放量下降74.0%和86.8%,拉伸强度和无缺口冲击强度提高0.5倍和6.3倍。A novel grafted composite flame retardant(D-MH) was prepared by grafting magnesium hydroxide(MH) with 9,10-dihydro-9-oxa-10-phosphaphenanthrene-10-oxide(DOPO),and used for flame retardant modification of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene(UHMWPE).The chemical structure of D-MH was characterized,and the heat release,smoke release,thermal degradation process and mechanical properties of UHMWPE after flame retardant modification were analyzed.The results show that the flame retardant effect of D-MH on UHMWPE is significantly better than that of unmodified MH flame retardant.The peak heat release rate and total heat release of D-MH flame retardant UHMWPE material are decreased by 53.7% and 69.3% compared with MH flame retardant UHMWPE material.The peak smoke release rate and total smoke release are decreased by 74.0% and 86.8%,and the tensile strength and unnotched impact strength are increased by 0.5 times and 6.3 times.
