摘 要:通过改变固化工艺、添加消泡剂、静置真空、加温降低黏度、超声等方式对覆铜板用环氧树脂胶液进行脱泡,并制备了浇铸体拉伸试样。利用非等温和等温扫描量热法研究了环氧树脂适宜的固化制度,设计了两段式固化温度和时间,对胶液进行脱气处理,并制成浇铸体。通过观察气泡数量、分布、大小及形貌,表征各种消泡方式的效果,对所得的浇铸体进行拉伸实验。结果表明:固化温度过高,固化速率过快时,严重影响浇铸体的性能。抽真空时,通过温水浴的方式能够有效降低胶液黏度,强化脱气效果。固化条件为100℃2 h+155℃30 min时,通过添加消泡剂和温水浴真空,试样表面气泡较少且内部密实,此时浇铸体拉伸强度与其他试样相比更高。The epoxy resin adhesive for copper clad laminate was defoamed by changing the curing process,adding defoaming agent,standing vacuum,heating to reduce viscosity,ultrasonic and other methods,and the casting tensile samples were prepared.The suitable curing system of epoxy resin was studied by non-isothermal and isothermal scanning calorimetry.The two-stage curing temperature and time were designed,and the glue was degassed and made into castings.By observing the number,distribution,size and morphology of bubbles,the effects of various defoaming methods were characterized.The obtained castings were subjected to tensile tests.The results show that when the curing temperature is too high and the curing rate is too fast,the performance of the casting is seriously affected.When vacuumizing,the viscosity of the glue can be effectively reduced and the degassing effect can be strengthened by warm water bath.When the curing condition is 100℃ 2 h + 155℃ 30 min,by adding defoamer and warm water bath vacuum,the surface bubbles of the sample are less and the interior is dense,and the tensile strength of the casting is higher than that of other samples.
