摘  要:利用双环管与气相共聚组合聚丙烯工艺生产高抗冲聚丙烯产品,产品的悬臂梁缺口冲击强度低。聚丙烯悬臂梁缺口冲击强度低的原因包括:催化剂粒径较小,共聚反应器中乙烯加入量少,乙丙烯加入比例控制高,均聚反应参数设置不合理,共聚反应系统运行调控、助剂添加比例较高等。依据原因分析制定并实施相应的解决措施,比如选用高性能催化剂,控制乙烯加入量,稳定乙丙烯加入比例,调整环管反应器的反应密度,优化共聚反应系统反应条件、设定助剂添加比例等。采取优化措施,高抗冲聚丙烯优等品率≥98%,生产负荷不低于设计负荷。High impact polypropylene products are produced by using double-ring tube and gas phase copolymerization combined polypropylene process.The impact strength of the cantilever beam is low.The reasons for the low notched impact strength of polypropylene cantilever beam include:the catalyst particle size is small,the amount of ethylene added in the copolymerization reactor is small,the proportion of ethylene and propylene is controlled,the homopolymerization reaction parameter setting is unreasonable,the operation of the copolymerization reaction system is regulated,and the proportion of additives is higher.According to the cause analysis,the corresponding solutions are formulated and implemented,such as selecting high-performance catalysts,controlling the amount of ethylene added,stabilizing the proportion of ethylene and propylene added,adjusting the reaction density of the loop reactor,optimizing the reaction conditions of the copolymerization reaction system,and setting the proportion of additives added.Take optimization measures,high impact polypropylene premium rate is ≥ 98%,the production load is not less than the design load.
