摘  要:结合塑件具有多方位结构特征,设计了一副多向抽芯的三次分型注塑模具。针对塑件曲面分型面设计,通过减少与主开模方向不一致的抽芯数量,确定塑件存在3个不同方位抽芯的结构难点。针对结构难点,通过设计弯销+滑块的定模斜抽芯机构实现斜向通孔成型,设计弯销+滑块的动模内抽芯机构实现卡扣成型,设计斜抽镶件的动模斜抽芯机构实现凸起孔成型。为确保3种抽芯机构顺利脱模,模具结构采用三次分型设计,通过合理控制开模顺序实现塑件推出。为配合动模斜抽芯机构运动,模具结构采用动定模分型后,动模一侧再分型,并提出一种新的顶杆机械式动模分型机构。模具结构形式新颖,动作可靠,可为同类设计提供参考。According to the multi-directional structural characteristics of plastic parts,a three-step parting injection mold with multi-directional core pulling was designed.According to the curved parting surface design,by reducing the number of core pulling that inconsistent with the main mold opening direction,it was determined that there were three structural difficulties of core pulling in different directions.In view of these difficulties,the oblique through hole forming was realized by designing the fixed mold oblique core pulling mechanism of bent pin+slider,the snap forming was realized by designing the moving mold internal core pulling mechanism of bent pin+slider,and the convex hole forming was realized by designing the moving mold oblique core pulling mechanism of oblique insert.The mold adopted three parting design to ensure smooth demolding of the three core pulling mechanisms,and the parts could be pushed out by reasonably controlling the opening sequence.In order to cooperate with the movement of the moving mold oblique core pulling mechanism,the mold adopted moving and fixed mold parting,and then the moving mold was divided again,and a new mechanical moving mold parting mechanism was proposed.The mold has novel structure and reliable action,which could provide reference for similar design.
